A substantive prepublication privacy draft that requires jurisdictional and processor review before launch.
Data collected
This static edition does not run analytics, advertising pixels, account systems or a server-side contact processor. Ordinary hosting may create technical logs controlled by the future host; that host and retention policy are not yet selected.
The contact form opens a mailto draft in the visitor’s email application. Any sent message is then handled by the visitor’s and publisher’s email providers, not this website.
Local storage
Cookie Settings stores one preference in browser local storage. No optional service reads that choice in this build. Clearing site data removes it.
